Zero stars. After about 8 or more attempts to fix the heat in a new 2022 389 under warranty with no results I was told by the Berlin ct location to just run to Florida or try cardboard in front of the radiator..really ? Springfield said they could do something but did nothing but charge me 1200.00$ I disagreed with that and was told by the regional service manager to Never do business with Any Pete store location Ever !!
