Zero stars. After about 8 or more attempts to fix the heat in a new 2022 389 under warranty with no results I was told by the Berlin ct location to just run to Florida or try cardboard in front of the radiator..really ? Springfield said they could do something but did nothing but charge me 1200.00$ I disagreed with that and was told by the regional service manager to Never do business with Any Pete store location Ever !! In 2020 we purchased two brand new Peterbilt tri axles totaling $428,000. Since that time they've been in the shop a total of 146 days cumulatively ( and counting as one continues to sit in there) this is going to be the first of 100 one-star reviews for my company because we anticipate you're going to have our truck for another 100 days. It's our right for everybody in the company ( 279 employees) to post a one star review because having these trucks down affects everybody in the company. If I could give zero stars I would. "The Pete Store" you should be ashamed of yourself. I ask that you kindly change the business name to the "The Ostrich Store" as your head burrows under the sand and stays there when an issue arises. Or better yet, maybe consider "The Blame Store" and blame Eaton and or other manufacturers on your problems. Your a Peterbilt dealership! Stand behind your product, even if that means you need to take a hit now and then. A happy customer yields much more long term revenue than holding your car... read more
