Service and parts are very attentive to my needs as a customer
I bought my truck to Peterbilt dealer in November two days before Thanksgiving, my complaint was loss of coolant internally. I was told my air compressor was over charging my coolant system and had contaminated my EGR. I received a diagnostics bill for $1,004.00, I also decided to have a starter installed as well. I picked my truck up January 6th the next day I drove the truck for three hours my truck began to put out a white trail of smoke and when I inspected the work I found bolts missing. Chesapeake is my local Pete Store and if I am visiting, it usually means my truck is broken and I am not in the best mood. However, Lucia always makes me smile when I call or stop in. She understands that when your truck is down that you may need a good joke to pick you up. To me, that makes a BIG difference about where I choose to spend my $$.
