I'm glad everyone else had a great experience! Bill in service was a total jerk from day 1. They screwed up my invoice several times and then when the final one came out it was still screwed up and double what the original estimate was. I called Bill on the invoice and he swore up and down that the invoice was correct and after questioning him several times and being told that the invoice was not wrong and checked by several people we found a mistake. Our truck broke down and we were towed to the Peterbilt store, the customer service was excellent and friendly. The manager went above and beyond for our needs!
I just walked on in unannounced and had a great conversation with the manger. We talked about this shop and then the differences between this one and the others he managed all throughout the East.
