Really appreciate these guys service really quick, very knowledgeable and friendly
Had a driver call in to tell dispatch the truck will not go in reverse. Called The Petestore Blue Ridge and I talked to Terri explained the problem. The truck was looked at in 15 minutes of arriving. Diagnose and repair in under 2 hours! This type of service is totally not the industry standard and is way beyond exceptional. I highly recommend The Petestore Blue Ridge!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unreasonable rates and they do not get in any hurry to get you back on the road.
If you want a good screwing this is the place for you.
Keiuna & Chris with Ava Carriers must say, if you ever have an issue with your truck, these people are family for truckers right here. They fought us, bought my brother lunch, fixed my other recovery truck. They are the BEST!!!! Big shout out to Bill the service manager. Definitely fighting for the truckers.
