Thank you so much for delivering my moms Birthday Fruit Basket “Loved It”. The Petal Shop staff made arrangements to get our gift delivered on time as expected during COVID/Thanksgiving; I’m grateful for that. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their efforts and care. I have ordered several times from Jens and will continue to do so. Wishing all of you good health and Happy Holidays!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you are thinking of buying anything here don’t do it. You can’t hold your expectations to highly for them, and if you do and you feel let down and try to say something which you are entitled to as a PAYING CUSTOMER then they will make excuses about how much time they had or didn’t on a FACEBOOK POST trying to save face while at the same time mocking the family that bought flowers for a FUNERAL AND IS STILL GRIEVING. Unprofessional business with an even more unprofessional staff. Don't do business with these people unless you'd like them to make a public post about an arrangement while your family is still grieving. These low lives felt it necessary to take to Facebook and post pictures of funeral arrangements, in an attempt to justify one of their employees being rude and insensitive.
