Tried to send flowers to a girlfriend for her birthday. The shop left her voicemails but never got in touch with her. They did not text her even through they had her cell phone, nor did they try to call me until late in the day two days later to tell me they couldn't deliver the flowers - too late for me to intervene. The gal I spoke to told me they re-used the flowers but wouldn't give me a refund. WOW. AVOID for their horrible customer service.
