This has been the most frustrating and lengthy experience I've recently had with a service provider. Even the normal prescription medication that my family gets delivered to our home isn't this complicated. I have been waiting 2 WEEKS for these meds and there's been barrier after barrier. Policy after policy. I paid for xpresspost shipping to get it shipped to my home. But it's stuck at the post office because no one informed me that they don't deliver directly to your home!! Très bon service et livraison rapide! J'ai été contactée peu de temps après avoir placé ma commande pour valider la prescription, le poids de mon chien, etc. Personnel très aimable. Significativement moins cher que chez mon vétérinaire. Je recommande!
non working phone line sometimes...started off with this pharmacy about 1 year ago. since then down hill service. Extra charges for delivery (signing), crazy shipping charges once Canadapost went on strike. Many excuses recently including being too busy to fill the prescription in a timely manner. Sorry our dogs deserve better...one is nearly 15 years old!
