RecommendedOur family loves the food and service from The Pet Pantry. The options of food fit all of our needs, the quality is amazing and made in the USA, and they DELIVER in the triangle FOR FREE! I always get a personal message from the owner when I place an order and know when to expect the delivery. Fun fact - ONCE I asked them to place the food by the garage instead of the front door and they have remembered to do so every single delivery.

The service is wonderful! We first signed up to sample the food and we found the convenience to be so nice, we placed our first order online. We have since continued using The Pet Pantry and our dogs love it as much as we do! We always receive our orders right away, have been able to talk to someone when we had questions, and had great customer service experiences. Our dogs go crazy when we bring the bag of food inside and love the treats we get. I highly recommend The Pet Pantry and we will continue to use them :)
I cannot recommend pet pantry enough. I love the customer service and how fast food shows up on my door. My dogs absolutely love it and they love the little treats we get each month. Everytime I have emailed customer service about something they respond back instantly. Love the pet pantry.
I have read enough pet labels to equal a reading of War and Peace. Imagine my relief to find someone that actually sells ONLY high grade, quality tested pet food. Retired couple here that adore our delivery guy who gladly brings in food. You guys rock!!
We LOVE Pet Pantry. We had their services starting back around 1999 until we relocated. We recently moved back and called Thor to start our services and their responsiveness and service remains the same- EXCELLENT ❣️❣️
