For over 15 years, the Pet Hospital Midtown and Downtown have taken wonderful care of our dogs and cats. The staff is stellar. The vets are kind, compassionate, and realistic.
The staff, associates, and Vet were welcoming, accommodating, and professional. We went in to have my dog's rash/allergy/infection (didn't know exactly what it was) looked at. After a visit in the exam room from the veterinarian assistant and then the Veterinarian, we, as a collective, found what was best suitable for my dog at that time. Later that day and for the following days, after applying their remedies and medications, my dog Xavier has been feeling and looking so much better. Cutie and Cowboy are always treated so well! They are very attentive and listen to all the questions and worries I have about my fur babies and offer advice and support to best treat them if needed. They are good with scheduling too.
They cool, but they price gouging and incapable of thoroughly and accurately relaying information. They tell you the new patient visit is free, but then push a ton of shit on you. I came for a free check and STILL spent $300. They suggest treatments that aren't fully needed and have owners just spending money over money over money. I even got price gouged on a recheck when they originally told me it would be free, but then I get there and they charged me $90 including the medication. Got me once, shame on you.
