My dog was groomed by Michelle for the first time and I haven’t been this happy with my dogs grooming in a long time. Please tell Michelle how pleased I am with her and I will definitely be asking for Michelle the next time.
I debated on posting this…but as I was in the lobby waiting I want to assume the manager was saying inappropriate things about his technicians…it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me to be in the middle of it. If he has a problem with his technicians he should speak to them and not gossip about them to the nice people who run the desk.
Great work up and communication
Thankfully for their patience and care of my anxious dog who isn’t good around other dogs. I called when I was in the parking lot, and they had a room ready for my girl so that she wouldn’t upset any other furry friend visitors.
