As recommended by Dr. Bug, Dr. McWatters took a detailed look at Babes lymph nodes and thankfully found her not to have an issue. Babe is now eating hydrolized dry and wet food (Hills d/z) in our attempt to see if her allergies are related to the food proteins that I was giving her. The Germantown Pet Hospitals Staff was very kind and if I could not go to Massy Pet Hospitals I would gladly consider Germantown. Thank you The Pet Hospitals!!!
First visit with older dog who wasn’t interested in eating. Very nice discussion with Dr McW and new food recommended. Ghillie has been eating much better. Kind, thoughtful, professional help which we appreciated very much.
I can't express how pleased I am with Dr. McWaters and the Pet Hospital staff. As this was major surgery, the constant updates were greatly appreciated. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else now that I'm spoiled.
Recently took my cat, Rex, to this G'tn location for an undiagnosed chronic condition. Like the E. Memphis location, it's well run by a helpful and concerned staff. Rex was seen by Dr. McWatter and his assistant who seemed very knowledgeable and sincere in their assessment of him. Although the treatment prescribed is in its early stages, I feel confident that Rex is receiving the best care we could hope for.
