If I could give zero stars, I would. We have several pets and have trusted The Pet Hospitals Downtown with their care for years because we truly loved our veterinarian and the medical care our pets received. For a recent appointment, I arrived approximately 10 minutes late after a 30-minute drive with two pets. When I arrived, I was immediately told that my pets would not be seen and that I would need to reschedule because I was 10 minutes late. Always have been able to get an appointment that’s convenient to my schedule. Wish they had a location closer to Tipton County but worth the drive.
