Our dog, Josie, came down with a sudden illness, when we took her to The Pet Hospitals Downtown location. Dr. Haddock stopped at nothing to find the problem and solution to her illness. Once she found that Josie had pancreatitis, she took her time to explain what was wrong with her, the treatment plan to get her better, and showed great patience with all of our questions. Dr. Haddock and the team take great care of our pups! Highly recommend.
We have seen all three vets and all three were fantastic. Dr. Washington has seen our 10 yo Golden Retriever the most over the past few years. Diagnosed a vision issue that was concerning and sent us to veterinary specialist. Cooper is doing great!
I visited the pet hospitals on jefferson on2/6/2026 at 330pm. Although the customer service from the receptionist was great, i didnt appreciate not having the opportunity to speak with the doctor. My puppy was there to get her shots. The male assistant took my puppy, left me in the room, returned maybe 15 minutes later and said "all done". I never saw the doctor, i never saw my puppy examined by a professional veternarian. I had questions for the doctor and the male assistant decided to answer my questions.
