this is the vet i use for my babys they take them right in and take great care of them always. very nice i like them i recommend them all the time.

Best vet and staff ever! All the negatives made me way to cancel my baby’s appt but it was made so I went. Awesome receptionist, went out of her way to pay attention to my boy. The vet tech was so good that I thought she was the vet! Then I met Dr Kinsey and she is the absolute best vet I’ve ever met and I’ve had dogs my entire life. I’m so so glad I went and I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Ridgeway and the women that work for him are awesome. They were so kind and compassionate with my Tucker, and today, with my beautiful Ema. It stuns any amazes me that anyone who loves animals could write negative comments about the team at the Pet Hospital. They are professional and kind. Dr. Ridgeway? Forget about it . . . he is a compassionate man and I thank him for the gentle way he handled my Tucker and Ema . . . love & prayers, NJ Pflugradt

WORST VET IN TOWN! Worst Vet Office in New Bern. That was before the new receptionist. I had been sick so I ordered my cats flea and tick medication from Drs. Foster and Smith. I had a prescription and they faxed over a approval for for the Vet to sign. Well after three days I received an email stating that the vet's office had not sent the request back. So I called. If your pet is your furry child, take them ANY WHERE other than here: My cat died on the 30th of old age, and I called to see if they provided private services with return. Problem: I didn't get paid for 2 days; they offered to hold him. "How compassionate!" I thought. When I came in to drop him off, the front desk was clueless, and the office manager was intent on telling me "if you do not pay by closing Friday, he will be sent to the landfill." The staff was not very welcoming or attentive. The Dr. couldn't even guess what was wrong with my cat. I went to another Vet and they asked Ridgway Animal Clinic to Fax them the Blood Test results. After 4 calls, it still hasn't happened. If you care about your pet, go somewhere else.
