The good: The vet was extremely thorough and kind. They provide an environment that is excellent for cats, vets usually struggle on that. The bad: I requested a refund when my pet couldn’t provide samples, but I never received a response. I wasn’t attached to the outcome — even a simple “no” would have been fine.
