Zach was personable and made the extra effort to even talk to my neighbor regarding our wasp problem to see if perhaps they had a nest off their shed that abuts our property.
Zach was so lovely today. He was so nice and pleasant and very helpful! I was able to tell him what problems we were having an he jumped right into a solution so I’m grateful for him and the company
Fantastic service! Very impressed. Zach came out on a Friday afternoon to remove 3 wasps nests. He was amazing! So professional, kind, warm, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what kind of wasps they were and how they build their nests. He had the tools and skill to remove the nests quickly and easily. He did a thorough sweep of the exterior of my home to check for the start of other nests. Such a good guy. I would use Good Monsters again for any issues in the future. And I would ask for Zach.
Our neighbor showed us a HUGE Bald Face Hornet nest that was about the size of a helmet in our hedge facing their property. We immediately went online to find a pest control to remove it and found Good Monsters! They set us up for same day removal. Zach came out and within 10 minutes, IT WAS GONE!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, confident and pleasant to work with! If you need pest control, I highly recommend Good monsters and ask for Zach! Ps- Thank you, Zach!
