Well. After months and months, Zach made an improvement and only Zach but now they won’t come out in a timely matter AND today tried to charge me a random $334. For what? That’s insane that this is ok. Do NOT try to charge me that again. Get Zach back out here as you promised. So disappointed that Zach was the only one that seemed to know what he was doing. Update: so now because the job was too hard for them they have closed my account. After trying to charge me $334 this morning. Insane practices.
Zack was wonderful. He provided feedback to inform me on how to best keep an eye things, assured me of getting a resolution, and that he or someone on the team would be back to make sure it is resolved. I felt confident in his knowledge, but he was also very friendly and courteous. This is the type of experience you want from you technician. Zack deserves a big holiday bonus!!
Zach did an great job when he came to take a look at our new place. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with exactly what we need and should do moving forward.
