Doesn't get better than Nadija & Dan! When we first decided to place our house on the market, we were struck with plenty of emotions, the biggest being the confusion & stress of not knowing where to start! After meeting with a few agents, we immediately knew The Perth Property Co was for us. Nadija & Dan were full of knowledge and we very much appreciated their hands on approach. An added bonus was the in house styling at staging services, another thing to not worry about! Thanks again Nadija & Dan.
The report from final inspection required some intervention in the roof timber structure. Nadija reassured me that that is usual to appear after such number of years from construction and it is easy to fix it. Dan recommended a licensed builder with excellent reputation and it was done with no fuss.
