I am a newcomer to Perth, previously spoiled by the ER service in California and (mostly) horrified by the one in Ottawa. Today's experience was off the charts in terms of speed, efficiency and friendliness of everyone I came in contact with. The team spirit and enthusiasm of the staff are quite palpable and contribute to the calm, holistic atmosphere.
