Poor communication, anomalous closing hours, and all around a questionable business. We brought in high dollar items for an easy job and they were absolutely destroyed. We communicated about what we were looking for, they said they could do it, and come to find out they switched the design and embroidered anyway. They lack accountability and said they called us to confirm a new layout, which was a flat out lie, and that we agreed to the changes. Wow - I should have looked in more detail at the Google reviews. I dropped off 2 items to be embroidered, and was also told 2 weeks. I didn't hear back and started calling and leaving messages. Like the others who have left reviews, I haven't heard back either. What is the problem here? I went by during the day and they are locked up.
