We were lucky beyond lucky to have our stay here @ 1 Hotel. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, polite, courteous but with refreshing simplicity. Down to earth and fun. Many staffers have remembered our names and waked over to greet us. Say hello. Ask about our stay! Perfect! 5 stars!!!
