I had an implant there. Terrible staff. Very rude and condescending. They refuse to take ownership and accountability of their work and lack the level of after care required for this kind of work. They lack compassion and lack basic communication skills.
Dr. Andrei Locke is truly exceptional. His thorough explanation of the procedure put me completely at ease, and his gentle approach made the experience incredibly comfortable. What impressed me even more was his thoughtful gesture of personally calling me the day after the procedure to check on my well-being.
