Everybody is nice but they don’t listen. I am a type 1 diabetic since 8. They told me to up insulin by a lot. I warned that I have had seizures with that amount before. They pushed. I follow their orders. I almost die from low sugar levels. I stop following their orders and at next appointment tell them what happened. They then say “oh. That’s scary.” Then proceed to try and raise my insulin levels even more. A few weeks later my baby is born with a blood sugar of 10!!!!! It’s a miracle he was alive. Dr. Mayor-Lynn was amazing! I had my first appointment today and we went over my previous loss history and what we will do this pregnancy to keep me and baby safe. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to sit and talk with me and answer my questions, I am looking forward to having my care here and feel we are in safe hands!
I love Rachel! She is amazing, she has consistently made me feel heard since I have been here and makes sure I am monitored carefully throughout my high risk pregnancy. However, every appointment is the same. The wait time on the other hand is very long, 45 minutes after your appointment time is long over due. The waiting room also is very uncomfortable for pregnant women as it is always super hot, and the ultrasounds are the worst I ever seen. They do not have clear quality, and always seem rushed. Do not come here for an ultrasound, they don’t care about letting you see your baby clearly. If you want someone to just measure your baby and to leave then go ahead. Also was very rough with The throb, literally left my belly feeling swollen. Very disappointing experience. Would not come again. Look for somewhere else that will take your insurance.
Not a good experience. Always short staffed meaning temps are working. They are not very personable Never on time. Even if waiting room is empty. Appointment at 8am and employees are late…
