Really great atmosphere and loved the food. The staff and service was great went there today evening it was overall a good experience.
Updating my review because I really appreciate how they handled the situation afterward. Our order for 12 people was accidentally forgotten, which was definitely disappointing at the time. However, the team reached out to us personally, sincerely apologized, and offered us 25% off a future order to make things right. I've been coming to Peri Peri Shack for a couple of years now and it never disappoints. Stopped by a few weeks ago with my sister and we both got the lemon and herb chicken, which came out perfectly juicy with just the right amount of char on the skin. The staff remembered our usual order without us even asking, which is the kind of thing that keeps you coming back to a spot like this. If you haven't tried it yet and you live in New West, you're genuinely missing out on one of the better casual meals in the area.
