I got some faux savage shea butter and the butter was harder than I like but not bad the overall scent was a 5 but the texture brought It down a bit.
Although I absolutely ve this product, their customer service is no longer welcoming. It was extremely cold outside today and I was told I had to wait 15 mins for my order, totally unacceptable and disrespectful. I truly miss the days where I would visit Perfume Chick and spend hours in there just smelling the beautiful fragrances. Currently if you don't have Internet, you are forced to visit the establishment and wait in the elements. Not acceptable
