I started at Performance Ranch several months ago to work on my overall strength in order to improve my running. Not only have I gotten stronger and faster, but I'm actually enjoying strength training for the first time in my life! Kevin makes it fun and has taught me tons of exercises that I never knew before. He leads me through tougher workouts than I would do on my own, and has helped me with my running form as well. PR is worth the money – you've got a member for life!
This is a small gym with endless possibilities! The staff is beyond knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Two weeks in and already feel at home. Make some time for yourself. You won’t regret it!!!
