Just started personal training with Clarissa and already see results! She’s helped so much with my lower back pain and strengthening my core. Love the energy of the place, the childcare is amazing and everything is so clean and everyone is so welcoming.
Best gym! After working out for years I was stuck in a rut and my trainer Aaron really helped me out. With his guidance I increased my strength and confidence. Another thing I really appreciated was when I found out I was pregnant he did everything he could to learn how to train a pregnant client properly and I’m still making progress as I post this. I started working out with Clarissa, one of the trainers at the lab, and I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength and overall appearance in less than a month. She truly pushes me, and she’s very personable. Clarissa makes working out enjoyable after a long day at work. I’ve recommended her to several coworkers already. The lab is clean, and the staff here is friendly. This gym has everything you could need or want for your workout needs.
