Tyler and Brian are great trainers also wonderful people to talk to on your 5 minute rest
I've never really been a gym guy before, but the staff at TPC have turned me into one. Its really nice being able to train with other adults while my son gets the coaching he needs in the weight room. Special shoutout to coach Tyler for always challenging us and coming to work with a smile.
My family and I had never hired an outside coach before, but we are so glad that we did! The Strength Coaches at TPC are amazing. Our daughter is more confident than ever and is now a starter on the varsity basketball team. We’re so excited to see what she can accomplish this year. Thanks TPC!
Definitely 10 out of 10 recommend Brian's making some extremely comprehensive programs and ive seen the results personally if your athletes looking to gain a competitive edge or your just looking to get in shape these guys are definitely the real deal
