We had a really great experience working with Jack, our lead coordinator, and the rest of his team. We loved that they are a team of 3, and although you get 1 lead coordinator/planner, all 3 of them were present on our wedding day to help make sure everything ran smoothly. We had paid for just their coordinating services, which services don't typically/officially start until about 6ish months before the wedding. I had such a pleasure working with Jack and his team. They were incredible! listening to everything I wanted and turning it into reality. On my wedding day, I had a few hiccups and even a breakdown, but Jack and his team stepped in right away and resolved everything within seconds. Literally the best team out there!

I had such a pleasant experience working with Jack and his team for my wedding. Jack was so calming and walked me through a lot of components of planning my wedding. He was receptive to learning more about my unique cultural and religious needs that I wanted for my wedding and would always advocate for me. If you need an awesome team for your wedding planning don’t hesitate and call Paige at Perfect plan! At first I didn’t think we needed a wedding planner but what a difference it made so we could enjoy the day without worries! I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without them. Everything went so smoothly from day one. Paige is a great listener, great with creative ideas and practical ones I never thought of. Shea and team are an incredible group of 3. My wife and I hired Perfect Plan after interviewing several coordinators for our wedding. We had heard good things and it only took a 15 minute phone call to confirm they were the right team to handle our day! They are detail oriented, accommodating, listened to our desires, kept us on track, and did whatever was necessary the day of to ensure our event went amazingly well. Shea is a force of nature.
