The worst customer service! Bought a dress years ago with no issues but now … Do not ever go here drove an hour and a half and was told “fortunate for us and unfortunately for you we are waiting on another bride coming so you’ll need to book” rude, belittling workers who probably have nothing better to do with their lives than do this to someone. Called to express how I was treated then manager lies about what the worker had said, she said “I even said hi to your baby” like I owe her for being kind to my child?.. but had to ... read more
