Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. The location is challenging as you have to turn around if you are heading northbound on Auburn Way. The issue I had was, I was asked to pay first including tip. This is something I'm not sure if common for places like this but I've had hundreds of massages and never had to tip BEFORE the service was provided. I do t like feeling obligated to give 20%.
