I usually don't do reviews but I think they should know. I had to see why it was called perfect jerk! Well it should be called worse jerk. The food the terrible. I fed it to the trash I ordered a 1/4 dark. The meat the dry and overcooked. The cabbage is bland and underseasoned. The gravy is horrible. The chicken look like chicken thighs from jewels on steroids. How could the whole meal be nasty! It's a shame they need to replace their cooks or go out out business. I came by there tuesday morning/ afternoon and was greeted by the most lovely young ladies. One in particular had a smile that would light up the room. I been coming here since they opened up and this by far was the best experience I had! I wish I remember their names it’s hard to find young people with good attitudes and that’s always smiling. This restaurant is really good, but I was disappointed with my recent order. I specifically asked for fresh mac and cheese with both of my oxtail dinners. The employee even showed me one of the dinners to assure me it had fresh mac and cheese. However, when I got all the way home, I realized they had given me the old mac and cheese that had been sitting out and was dried up. I should have asked her to open both dinners, but I trusted that she was being honest. The food is usually great, but this experience was disappointing.
