Extremely rude owner! We brought in a prom dress to be altered. I was unable to attend with my daughter because they close at 4 and I was still at work. I figured it would be fine, the dress really only needed to be taken up because it fit perfectly with the exception of the length. She went to pick up the dress and told me it was really tight so she tried it on when I got home and I could not get the dress to even zip up. The top hook on the dress pulled apart it was so tight.
