The place was not as advertised and very expensive for what we paid. The property owner had a false accusation of damaging their property with something as stupid as an outdoor plant that anyone could have stolen in that sketchy neighborhood tipped the scales for me. NO pictures were sent of this proof. Very sketchy neighborhood. Lots of holes in chairs, beds that are very old and creak as well as issue with temperature in the house.
