I have lived at The Perch 2 years and 7 months. I love it! It is an old building, however any issue will be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. So peaceful, private, and quiet. There is brand new owners and management. Already have a brand new parking lot and roof! Bella is professional and very nice as the new property manager. I just wanted to give a shout out to the leasing manager Bella Griffin I had a issue with my air conditioning system had she step right in and took control of the issue, She has been so helpful such a beautiful attitude always consider your feel and helpful in any way she can , I forgot to mention the view of these apartments are breathtaking overlooking the lake .
I had a wonderful experience at The Perch, and I especially want to recognize Bella, the property manager. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that residents are happy. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stand out. We love living at the perch on lake. Our apartment was clean, freshly painted and they even put in new flooring for us- the unit we had been shown we loved but didn’t love that it was carpeted, Bella made sure to change it to all new laminate flooring for us before we moved in. Both front office and maintenance have been very helpful, timely, kind and continued to check up on us after any problems to make sure they’re resolved. We’ve had a really great experience at Perch on Lake so far. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, from the staff to the other residents, and it genuinely feels like a nice community. Shout out to Bella for making sure we had everything in place with the move in. Asked for no carpet, got no carpet. Parking has been easy and convenient, and having everything included is a huge plus for us. But the best part is easily the location and the view. The view of Lake Erie is absolutely insane.
