Great place to live, if there is a problem they have maintenance 24/7, nicki in office is good she keeps you updated on everything and they also have Kennedy who is AWESOME, she knows the building and can answer any questions she is really a good people person, lived there 2 years and they try to do a major project every year, it was nice time there. Go see for yourself before you listen to anyone talking smack. Ask for nicki or Kennedy and you will be surprised by all the extras they offer.
This place really needs work badly and what you pay isn’t worth it. You’re actually paying for the view. . But the Maintenance guy Hon is wonderful. Probably the best person they have at the Perch on the Lake. . He def knows what he’s doing. And does a great job!!
Five stars for maintenance man Honorio! Excellent guy, very hard worker and amazing help whenever we need something fixed or a special work request.
I love living here, it has been an amazing experience to me. The staff here are so nice. The girls in the office are kind and always answer my questions no matter how stupid the questions may be. They always wave if they see me and say hi. The maintenance man Hon is the one who does majority of my work in my unit. He is always prompt to fix if something is broke and explains what he is doing so I understand. When he does work it is always with a smile.
I love this place! The staff is great! So friendly and helpful, especially Hon, the maintenance tech! I always see him working with a smile on his face, and he always looks for ways to be helpful and kind. Response times for maintenance requests are awesome! Additionally, gorgeous views of the lake, a pool for swimming and sunning, pier for fishing or just hanging out. And I rarely hear noise from neighbors since the walls are concrete. All around great place to live!
