Hon is outstanding! This young man works maintenance and he does his job maticulously and with excellence! He takes pride in his work, and has such a professional and wonderful customer service oriented attitude. His level of expertise is stellar and his skill set shows in his work. You will be very happy with maintenace request prompt completeness. The exterior esthetic is lacking to say the least. Apartment doors and frames look terrible. I’ve lived here going on my second year! Hon I maintenance goes above and behind always has a smile on his face!! The Office girls are terrific too!! And the views are fantastic!!
Great place to live, if there is a problem they have maintenance 24/7, nicki in office is good she keeps you updated on everything and they also have Kennedy who is AWESOME, she knows the building and can answer any questions she is really a good people person, lived there 2 years and they try to do a major project every year, it was nice time there. Go see for yourself before you listen to anyone talking smack. Ask for nicki or Kennedy and you will be surprised by all the extras they offer.
This place really needs work badly and what you pay isn’t worth it. You’re actually paying for the view. . But the Maintenance guy Hon is wonderful. Probably the best person they have at the Perch on the Lake. . He def knows what he’s doing. And does a great job!!
