Wish I could give this place negative stars. Constantly have issues with mold in the bathroom, their idea of fixing it is to just paint over it. Never charged the right rent amount, was over paying for rent and never told about it. Every year we re-signed the lease the rent went up 200$, so be ready for that. Also be ready for the nice aroma smell of animals feces as the landlords allow your neighbors animals to use the bathroom on their balcony, and leave piles of poop and pee for months. It would be so nice if the gas fireplace in the clubhouse worked. Laundry room is so cold in the winter and the clubhouse would be a great place to sit while waiting. Graffiti like interior elevator doors. Outside apartment doors, underneath walkways, and under railings facing our toward parking lot are in serious need of paint. The staff is stellar and they do an excellent job. :) Kennedy is such a valuable asset to this property!
