You know, when you pay over 1200 a month for an apartment, in which air conditioning is INCLUDED IN THE LEASE, they shouldn't be able to shut it off in July when I have little kids in the apartment. We pay plenty, and deserve what our lease garuntees. Not to even mention the cockroach infested basement that smells like straight trash because they're too cheap to have the trash picked up in a timely manner, rats in the pool, elevators that never work the list goes on and on. For what we pay, we deserve what was agreed upon.

Future renters should know what they’re walking into before signing a lease here. The office is unreliable and difficult to deal with. Posted hours don’t seem to be followed, as I’ve shown up during business hours to find it closed without notice. Communication is just as frustrating; calls go unanswered, emails take a long time (if they’re answered at all), and when you do get a response, it often feels dismissive. Hon is outstanding! This young man works maintenance and he does his job maticulously and with excellence! He takes pride in his work, and has such a professional and wonderful customer service oriented attitude. His level of expertise is stellar and his skill set shows in his work. You will be very happy with maintenace request prompt completeness. The exterior esthetic is lacking to say the least. Apartment doors and frames look terrible. I’ve lived here going on my second year! Hon I maintenance goes above and behind always has a smile on his face!! The Office girls are terrific too!! And the views are fantastic!!
