5 stars is insufficient to describe how great it has been to live here. It is a place we instantly felt at home. We rented for 4 years, moving out because a job took me to a new town. The units are massive, well insulated from noise, and the quality of the materials / appliances are excellent. The location is very convenient- plenty to eat and drink right outside your door and just a short stroll from City Park. I have been living here for two months and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. The unit is nearly new and was spotless when I moved in. The location is perfect for me, the neighbors are great, and the owner and manager have been super friendly and easy to work with.
