Booked hair appointments for my 2 daughters, and even got them early from school to make the appointment. The place was dark when we arrived. We waited, I called the number listed and left a voicemail, nothing. No one showed up, no one ever called me back. We live in the area and had been hoping to find a new salon close-by, but obviously won’t be coming or recommending to anyone. To not show is one thing, but to not even call back and apologize is incredibly rude.
