I’ve never left a review on a business before but I was referred to this salon and could not have been more disappointed. On my original booked date, 20 minutes before my appointment I received a text saying their website had a glitch and that my appt was actually not available. Luckily, I was able to reschedule for the following week and I’ve never been to a salon with less professional employees. Not one person there was friendly or welcoming. I’ve never been more happy with my hair ever, I will never see anyone other than Stephanie! She is so so knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you staff at penthouse!!
