Food was fine and great view. Service was terrible. We had a reservation and were celebrating an engagement. The waitress did not ask about our special celebration and ignored us during the entire time we dined. We asked to switch to one of the open ya les with a view, she said they were for someone else. 3 tables were opened and no one was seated there. She did not check in on how our meal was going. We had the best dinner for two last night in Santa Monica atop the beautiful Penthouse Restaurant. This restaurant totally has their act together. Although two of our party cancelled at the last minute the hostess made us feel just fine about it and after a few minutes wait found us a wonderful table for two with a great view. And Summer our server was so pleasant and helpful we immediately felt at home. Even her manager was running around on a very busy Saturday night helping his team which seemed over the top terrific.
