Spectacular Venue, Views of the City, Staffing & Catering … it was a beautiful evening from start to finish. We hosted our daughter’s wedding at The Penthaus and couldn’t have been more pleased. The Venue is gorgeous, The Rooftop offers views of the City that are outstanding. We used one of the five caterers listed and Julie served as our Venue contact throughout the evening. My company recently celebrated our annual holiday event at the Penthaus. It couldn’t have been more perfect–the venue, the experience and the FOOD! Julie was a true asset, couldn’t have pulled this off without her. We’ll be back next year
Venue is pretty, but small. They didn’t have the food ready on time and didn’t have the drinks we ordered. Guests went a long time without drinks because they had to run to another venue during our reception to go get them due to their lack of planning and not having what we ordered stocked. Additionally charged a mandatory 20% gratuity even after all of the issues which were all brought to their attention. Manager/operator Julie made no effort to apologize or remedy the situation.
