As a former resident and the guarantor parents, we wish we had looked more closely at resident reviews. The initial, in-person tour of The Penrose was great! Once we decided on this property, however, the management office became difficult to work with. We have now noticed other reviews on many different sites mentioning they ignore repeated requests regarding security deposits & that is definitely our experience.
