It's a nice building.
I wanted to like this complex… units are beautiful and nice amenities but the smell on every floor but the lobby from valet trash & pets is intolerable. I scheduled a tour, which no one was there for. Someone from the office arrived 20 min later who was not expecting me but graciously took me on a tour. After the tour there was no follow up and when I tried to contact them everyday for weeks straight there was no response. I’m not crazy about the location. Parking is a nightmare. Most of all, its residents are terrible. Would not recommend this building to those wanting to be part of a friendly community.
