While the location was good, Autumn, at the front desk, was friendly and the rooms were clean and neat, the bed and pillows were torturous!! It was like sleeping on a concrete floor. The pillows were flat and hard. We tossed and turned all night. Parts of our body were numb! We needed to take Acetomenophin when we got up. That's why we gave it 2 stars. Not to mention it's still being renovated and we were had to listen to hammers, screw guns and workers yelling to each other.
From out of town. Due to circumstances, I was in need of some assistance. The extremely service focused staff opened up their hospitality and were extremely eager to please. They accommodated my request with open arms and provided guidance and empathy to my situation. Extremely customer focused team, and were so happy to assist in my time of neef
