Horrible — stay away! Utterly unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would highly recommend finding any other law practice — don’t waste your money.
Be very careful. They billed for time and work that I never authorized them to do. They also billed for conversations and consultations between the paralegal, Leslie Salvo and the attorney, Helena Mock that i was never aware of and never authorized. When I called to question the billing charges, Leslie Salvo told me that it’s a waste of her time to discuss this and she hung up on me.
I have worked with Helena Mock for years and she is a wonderful attorney. She is always knowledgeable and professional but she was also very kind and patient with my elderly mother and mother in law. She has assisted with my personal needs and helped many friends I have referred over the years. I would highly recommend The Peninsula Center for Estate and Lifelong Planning if you need advice.
We retained TPC to draft a will for mother. They made numerous errors. Instead of fixing the errors, they fired my mother as a client. Then TPC tried to charge her nearly $500 for drafting the termination letter. I filed a complaint with the Virginia State Bar.
