Understanding.
We toured many downtown St. Paul buildings, and The Penfield was the best bang for our buck. As women in our early 60s, we love the diversity here—people our age and young couples starting families. The staff is phenomenal, and the security is top notch. Being greeted by the concierge, especially LeAnne, makes us feel welcome and cared for. Her friendliness and professionalism stand out. After touring many apartments in Saint Paul's Downtown, Lowertown, and West Side, I 100% certain about one apartment in Lowertown but stumbled upon the Penfield and thought, "Why not look at one more." And I am glad I did! Upon arriving at the Penfield office, we were greeted so warmly by Fatima Ahmed. She listened to what we were looking for and found an apartment layout that matched our desires. Fatima at the Penfield in Downtown St. Paul was Absolutely Fantastic! My daughter is starting a new Job @ Gillette Children’s Hospital moving to St. Paul from out of town, we toured over (10) properties in the area, and Fatima was Hands Down the Best Tour Guide. She took the extra time to make us comfortable with the property and provided the best apartment/fit/location, so my daughter will now be moving in Next Week. My hats off to Fatima’s excellent customer service and best in class as a Property Manager.
My experience at The Penfield so far has been amazing! My sister is moving to St. Paul and this was the first place we toured. Fatima Ahmed was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She did an amazing job showing us everything that The Penfield had to offer and I was very impressed! We toured other places but no other tour was as good as Fatima’s.
