Updated review 9/26 New owning management company has seemed to breathe some new life in to the complex Payment issues are finally settled, maintenance requests have increased in quality and expediency (and communication was clearer when a delay happened), amenities are better, and most importantly communications have increased and provide more useful information. Did not read the fine print when self-issuing an overnight parking permit and made a minor mistake. Rather than allowing a long-term resident to correct that oversight, the vehicle was towed. When I spoke with the day manager and questioned whether towing a resident's vehicle over a simple permit mistake was really a reasonable response, his answer was essentially, "It's your problem." Place is good. Staff is friendly just needs a few things
Needs a coffee station for tenants and guests and a golf simulator. Without them they offer less then every other luxury apartment building. There's plenty of room for it.
