They need better communication and to reply to emails and confirm information in a timely manner. Also, they could try to not lie or in their words 'misspoke' and say a wire has been done, when it hasn't. The result of this was missing the cut off to wire funds. Which leaves us to pay our bank interest on money over the weekend as a result of not paying it when they should have. I do not recommend this firm and doubt the agents in this sale or the buyers of the property would either. I made sure they had the wire instruction... read more
