Had a terrific stay at this historic location- like going back in time with some modern amenities as well as original antique furnishings and flourishes. Jack was a terrific host teaching us about the house history and about the city. Loved the easy walkability to town and its terrific shops and restaurants!!! And the breakfast was absolutely terrific, would come back in a heartbeat!!!!

Fantastic experience at the Pendleton House Historic Bed and Breakfast! The house is exactly as pictured. It is charming and well decorated. I love the old timey music playing in the common areas and the fun trinkets to look at. The hosts are welcoming and genuinely provide a nice experience. Breakfast was delicious and they went out of their way to accommodate our plans and prepared breakfast early so we could eat prior to attending a scheduled Pendleton Underground Tour. This was our first and certainly not our last visit to this amazing Inn! It was my husbands birthday and the owner, Jack helped us celebrate with a beautiful charcuterie board, wine and brownies. High praise also goes to the beautiful presentation of a gourmet breakfast. The accommodations are superb and every detail has been thoughtfully addressed. The proximity to town is perfect and most everywhere we wanted to go was walking distance. If you're traveling through Pendleton, don't miss staying here!!!

When Jack the owner says that arrival is between 3 and 6 PM, he is not joking! We were delayed on our trip from Sun Valley because we forgot a purse in Hailey ID and had to drive back from Mount Home ID. This caused us to be 3 hours late for arrival. We called and spoke to Jack around 3 PM and he said he would be there to let us in. When we arrived just before 9 pm, there was no answer at the door. We left three messages on his phone. No reply from Jack. He charged us full rate for the non-stay. So, don't be late!!!
