The physio explained everything in terms that were easy to understand, she did everything to make me feel comfortable, and she made me feel confident about the prospect of the complete reversal of my condition.

I’ve been attending small group physio sessions for a year with Monique, Hannah and Erin and it’s literally changed my life for the better. They customise to your needs, are very caring and I’ve seen progression over the year where I’m now closer to my goal or running again and much much stronger. Everyone who works there is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend to all women pre and post natal and people at any stage in your life.
