Definitely a great bike shop friendly, and understanding of customer needs also can schedule pick up and delivery services for your convenience.
I have tried to use them twice for basic repairs, don't bother. Very unprofessional. First time took more than a week and the second time I gave up after more than 2 weeks with no warning they would take a long time for a 15 minute repair. Maybe they need to charge more if they are so backed up or maybe just tell customers they don't want to do bike repairs? 03SEP24 ~ Just a great little gem of a bicycle store tucked away in Gretna! Locally owned & operated. I bought my sons' bicycles there and now I am getting my grandson's bicycle there. Now that is a great recommendation! The guy there was friendly & helpful. I had several things done to my old Takara & I paid a lot less for the items bought & work done than I was prepared to pay.
