Was great accomadation for 10 couples of family.
We just returned from our second stay at the Pearl and it was great. The home has been very well maintained over the past 6 years. The beds, linens and furniture were all comfortable and in very good condition. The pool was crystal clear and the kitchen was very well stocked. The maintenance company that oversees the check in, check out and any other issues was very responsive to any requests that we had and we got immediate results from them. Fantastic 20 room mansion with 2 elevators! Can be 2 10 room places with an elevator each. Right on the beach and a great pool as well!
Great location right on the beach. The house was great for 5 families totalling 25 people. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was not. The pool guy came out a day after we reported that it was not heated to turn it back on were told but it didn't really seem to warm up. The wifi was fine on the main floor, but not too great on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Overall our stay was great!
