We arrived at the restaurant ten minutes before 4pm. On the menu, it states that sandwiches are available 11-4 so we placed our order at 4pm. If it was after 4, the server did not say anything as to if the sandwiches would still be available or not. The food tasted very well, and I appreciated the chef/ owner that actually delivered our food to the table. Great service, great drinks, and pretty good food! Upon a second visit, this place seemed a little more dirty. Dirty tables and fans coasted in layers of dust. Geoffrey seems to be the saving grace of this place. I would have a lower score if it weren’t for his great attitude and skilled bartending.
Friendly, attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us! Four of us arrived for lunch and wanted to try four different hand-helds (burgers) so we told our waiter (Bman) our plan and that we would need a knife to cut them into quarters… they were served perfectly quartered and each quarter was individually pinned so all we had to do was hand them around. What a wonderful restaurant. Good food and service. Couldn't ask for more.
Popped in on our road trip for lunch. I ordered a fresh greens apple salad which i frequently order elsewhere so I can share it was the very best I've had. Large, fresh and yummy. My husband had a burger he was equally satisfied. Enjoyed a local beer while waiting. We popped in on a Thursday afternoon to find it quiet and service was fast. Will remember to pop in again if we find the timing is right on a future road trip. I hope the locals support this local gem so we can visit it again in the future.
