The Pearl is a wonderful "GEM" of a community in Dallas for your loved one if they need the specialized care that comes with cognitive decline. They treat residents with dignity and respect and make sure they are engaged daily in specialized activities. It is not easy to know when the time is but they will help you make the transition much more streamlined!
This facility came highly recommended and we were not disappointed from the moment we got there. We immediately felt at home and, as we went through the tour, we were greeted warmly by every employee we encountered, some even with hugs! I love that they are devoted solely to memory care in this particular facility, so they know exactly how to handle each resident and their respective needs. My father signed a contract on the spot. This tour was absolutely amazing!! It was a little confusing with the homes out front but they explained it to me the Executive director was warm and inviting as well. This location is a little too far.
I have been nothing short of amazed at the amount of love and care I have seen given to my mom at the Pearl at Dallas. From the very first visit to the Pearl, the staff have been extremely polite and welcoming and I have seen first hand how the caregivers handle the residents with care and affection. This facility is amazing. Haley was a real Godsend when we needed it...and continues to be. The calm and peaceful atmosphere is palpable when you walk in there.
