The staff was good. Several issues for us. We were required to hire a sitter ($30./hour) to stay there wirh my mom. My mon passed away and we had to wait 60 days for a refund (but it can be taken from the bank in one day)? "It's policy", but no one knows why or will do anything to change it.
We placed my father at the Pearl about 9 months ago. He loves it! The staff is wonderful and they really care about the residents. They keep the residents engaged with a wide variety of activities and events. We couldn’t be happier!
I have recently placed my husband here. I had so many emotions when I was doing this but thanks to everyone at the Pearl they made this transition easy. I know he is being cared for and has given me so much ease. I know I picked the perfect place. Their staff is caring and awesome. Instantly they became like family! Thanks to Hailey, Bree, Selena and everyone else!
They are a bit high but they do have a discount for veterans which help tremendously. The place is clean and the residents seem to be content.
First Responders Day- staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was awesome
