Have been here a few times and as always love the location and view. They were out of oysters and Jack Daniels. I can live without the Jack, but honestly was craving oysters for dinner (you know, when in Rome so to speak). My back up selection of a wedge salad with grilled shrimp was vey tasty and well done but the shrimp were tiny. There was ouly.one sever and they did not have anyway for you to take out your orders. IF you oder to go
This meal was a disaster. They were very much understaffed and this was a Saturday night over Labor Day. They did warn us it would be a little slow which was ok until we still had no food after more than an hour. The food itself was good. But I would steer clear until they get their staffing issues resolved. They also need someone running the front of the house and taking some responsibility. I felt bad for the bar tender who was also seating people and having to take a lot of the criticism
We should have checked all the reviews before going. I read complaints about it being overpriced but the prices did line up with other local restaurants so we gave it a go due to the location after just coming off a tour cruise. Waited forever to get seated. Should have walked out then. Had to ask for a drink menu as one was never given and then only got one for the table when there was a whole pile sitting at the check-in desks.
