Front Receptionist was extremely rude here for no reason when I visited; I wouldn't trust these people to take care of a small animal for me, let alone a senior relative who would require a high amount of attention and care. Seems like an absolute garbage facility based on the attitudes of the recptionist(s).
My mom joined as a memory care resident at The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail community nearly two years ago, after being diagnosed with dementia. From the very beginning, the care she received was truly amazing. The entire staff—from the Community Director, Tom, to the Memory Care Director, Hilda, and the many dedicated caregivers—treated my mom with compassion, dignity, and genuine love. I have great things to say about this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. When I'm here, I feel like I'm home. Great job to every single person here! Especially the very helpful man at the front desk in the generations unit!
If you care about your loved one. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. Hilda and the CD are horrific and not experienced.
